The main purpose of this research is to measure the impact price and product quality on purchase intention Nexfood’s product. This had distributed an online form purposive be filled up by 97 participants from Surabaya. SPSS were used analyzed data collected with multiple linear regression. To find independent variable dependent simultaneously, was using coefficient determination. influencing in amount 58,6 percentage rest influenced other that wasn’t mentioned research. Based F-test, simultaneously have a significant intention. Next, based t-test, partially finding result, means if perception increased then will also increase. If results study serve as reference for Nexfood pay more attention prices set so they can competitive competing products, while maintaining products produced. What do maintain without reducing portions products; looking new suppliers at lower consumers feel are suitable compete competitors; determine accordance benefits obtained consumers.
